Frequently asked
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my free trial ends?
When the 14-day trial on a paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You keep your store and all your data. You can upgrade again whenever you're ready.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No credit card is required to start on the Free plan. A card is only needed when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on the Growth and Scale plans. You point your DNS to us and we handle the SSL certificate.
How does billing work?
All paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Can I manage both a store and a dispatch operation?
Yes. Store Management and Greenlight Dispatching are separate products on the same platform. You sign up for each independently and both appear in your Zaaum dashboard.
How many dispatchers can I add on Greenlight?
The Free and Solo plans include 1 dispatcher seat. Fleet supports up to 5 dispatchers, and Agency has unlimited seats for large dispatch operations.
